It started with one question we couldn’t ignore: “When are the cinnamon buns coming out?” At Oak Caphe, we built our name on Vietnamese coffee, brunch, and bold, authentic flavours. But let’s be honest, none of that caused chaos like the buns did. They didn’t just sell. They disappeared. Gone within hours. Pre-ordered days ahead. People travelling across the city just to get one. And when they missed out? We heard about it. So we stopped playing it safe. We went all in. Months of testing. Tweaking. Pushing recipes until they hit harder, softer, richer, better. No shortcuts.

Then in April 2026, Oaknroll was born. Not a bakery that does everything. A bakery that does one thing obsessively well. Cinnamon buns, but taken to the edge. Fresh out the oven. Burning warm. Soft enough to pull apart, sticky enough to make a mess, loaded with unapologetic toppings. No half-measures. No holding back. You asked. We answered properly. And from day one? Sell-outs. Queues. People coming back again and again. Still feels unreal.
